Holiday house situated on the sea front, ideal for 8 persons
Holiday House Anica is located on the sea front in a charming little town of Bibinje. This lovely house can accommodate up to eight persons.
The house contains three bedrooms - each bedroom has a double bed, while two bedrooms also have an additional single bed. Furthermore, there's a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a main living area. In the main area with big windows facing the sea, you can find a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and all the necessary cooking appliances. Next to the kitchen, there's a dining area and a comfortable living area with a TV. From one of the bedrooms, you can enter the balcony where you can find seating garniture under a parasol, overlooking the garden and a sea in front of the house. The garden is well maintained and contains many lovely flowers and citrus fruit trees.
Private parking is at your disposal. Pets are welcomed for a fee.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Surroundings
Just 5 kilometers away from Zadar, you can find a small town of Bibinje. This town has everything you need: all kind of stores, pharmacy, dentist, ambulance and many other necessary infrastructures. It's 4km long sea promenade and beaches make this place ideal spot for your summer vacation. The town has largest marina on the Adriatic, with 1400 berths and 70.000 square meters on land and sea. Ethnographic collection in local museum, along with the collection of sacral objects from 15. century in local church, and numerous beaches like Punta Rožica, Frnaža and othes, will be interesting to anyone. For those in who are searching more adventurous vacation, there camps on sea side, diving schools, biking, windsurfing and outdoor and indoor sport facilities. Great number of good restaurants and bars are offering the best of Dalmatian gastronomy.
