Modern Apartment Superior is located only 600m from the sea. This apartment is a part of apartment complex "Tomislav Spa Bracic" which has a shared pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Sauna is available for a fee (15€).
Apartment Superior A7 is situated on the second floor. It can accomodate up to six persons. The apartment has two bedroom with double beds and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine (available for a fee - 5€). In the air-conditioned main area, you can find a well enquiped kitchen with modern appliances and kitchen utensils, a dining area and a living area with a TV. From there, you can enter the balcony where you can find seating area - perfect for enjoying in a breakfast or warm summer evenings in Sukošan.
Apartment has a central heating. Private parking space is at your disposal. Guests can use BBQ and seating area in a shared garden.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Sukošan is a small town (place) situated in a wide bay called Golden Harbour/Zlatna Luka, on a coastal Adriatic road 7 km south - east of Zadar. The economy is based on tourism, farming, vineyard farming, olive and fruit growing. Today, the place is the seat of the county which also includes Debeljak, Glavica and Gorica. The town has about 3,000 residents. There is a kindergarten, an elementary school with equipped sports hall, medical and dental practices, and everything else that makes this place very pleasant to live throughout the year, and it is recognised by many as the ideal place for a vacation.
The fact that there are over 3000 beds in luxurious apartments, pensions and hotels, and numerous well visited campsites situated near the sea, proves that this is indeed a tourist place. It became a real paradise for sailors thanks to the Marina “Dalmacija”.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
