Apartment A4 is situated on the first floor. It can accomodate up to four persons. The apartment has one double bed bedroom and a bathroom. Wahing machine is available for a fee (5€). In the main area, you can find a kitchen with modern appliances (a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee machine, a water kettle, a stove) and kitchen utensils, a dining area and a living area with a TV. Sofa in the living room can be used as an additional bed. From there, you can enter the balcony where you can find seating area - perfect for enjoying in a breakfast or warm summer evenings in Sukošan.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Sukošan is a small town situated in a wide bay called Golden Harbour/Zlatna Luka, on a coastal Adriatic road 7 km south - east of Zadar. The economy is based on tourism, farming, vineyard farming, olive and fruit growing. Today, the place is the seat of the county which includes Debeljak, Glavica and Gorica. The town has about 3,000 residents. There is a kindergarten, an elementary school with equipped sports hall, medical and dental practice, and everything else that makes this place very pleasant to live throughout the year, and it is also recognised by many as the ideal place for a vacation.
The fact that there are over 3000 beds in luxurious apartments, pensions and hotels, and numerous well visited campsites situated near the sea, confirm that this is indeed a tourist place. It became a real paradise for sailors thanks to the Marina “Dalmacija”.
