Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

For those who crave adrenaline, there are nearby National Parks: Kornati, Paklenica, Krka waterfalls, rafting on the river Zrmanja. Promenades with the most beautiful sunsets, salutation to the sun, sea organ, Queen Jelena park are available to guests. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there is an open-air sports center "Višnjik", a complex of open fields and accompanying facilities under lighting , which enables everyone to realize all their plans and programs. Just 150 meters from the house there is a grocery store, a pizzeria, two bakeries, 2 hair salons and a beauty salon. Large supermarkets t is 300 meters from the house. It is only 1900m away from the beach and the city center.
