The terrace with garden furniture with sea view is ideal for a relaxing breakfast. The apartment is only 600 m from the sea. You would need just 3-5 minutes to reach the nearest restaurant, grocery store and cafee. Wifi, private parking, Towels and bed linen are included in the price. Maximun 2 pets are allowed and an extra fee of 5,00€ per pet per day will be charged upon arrival. Lovran is an old settlement located on the old Roman consolar road in the eastern part of Istria.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Lovran is an old settlement located on the old Roman consolar road in the eastern part of Istria. The region is rich with cultural-historical heritage. One advantage of Lovran is to be found in its position, which enables you take take day-trips to some of our very beautiful national parks (Plitvice, Brijuni or Risnjak), the Istrian coast and its charming little towns, the islands of Krk, Cres and Rab, Postojna Cave in Slovenia, Venice, and many other places.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
