Apartment Runko is located on the ground floor of Villa Emilia in the center of Opatija. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a fully equipped kitchen, a small living and dining area and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is air-conditioned. In the private garden in front of the villa, guests have at their disposal a table and seating furniture. The nearest beach is just 150 meters away from the apartment. There is a possibility of parking in front of the villa but unfortunately we can not confidently confirm the parking space free of charge. Come visit the Opatija Riviera for an unforgettable vacation with your friends and family between the sea on one side and the luxuriant greenery of the Učka mountain in the hinterland. When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
