When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

In addition to historical and cultural sights of interest, including the house where the world-famous scientist Andrija Mohorovičić was born, another reason for visiting Volosko is its beaches and the ten-kilometre-long Lungomare seaside promenade, which starts in Volosko and winds its way along the coast to Opatija and further on to Lovran.
