Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Funtana-Fontane is one of the most wanted destinations in the Adriatic and is located along the road Porec - Vrsar where you can find many family houses offering private accommodation. Funtana is a fishermen's, agricultural and tourist village on the western coast of Istria. It is located between the tourist towns Vrsar and Porec, and its is spreading from Zelena Laguna in the west to Valkanela in the south. It is a part of the coast of the Istrian peninsula, with numerous bays and islands. Funtana area is hilly, covered with vineyards, olive groves, fields and meadows, and oak and pine forests that are frequently spreading to the shoreline. This small coastal town is rich in numerous restaurants that give special charm in the summer. Along the coast, there are nicely decorated camps and several hotels.
