Apartment complex Jelena is a newly built, nicely decorated and modernly furnished apartment house in Funtana. It consists of a studio apartment and two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed, balcony access and a bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms have their own bathrooms and exits to the balcony. All units are air-conditioned and have a shared washing machine at their disposal. The rental price includes bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, refrigerator and private parking in front of the house. When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
