Holiday apartment Castelli is located in a small village "Stranići Kod Sv.Lovreča", only 15 km away from Rovinj and 10 km from Poreč. The property is situated in a quiet locality and it can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment features a kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, toaster, water kettle, filter coffee machine and other cooking appliances. In addition to that, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds. Each bedroom has a Sat-Tv. Furthermore, there are two bathrooms with shower. In the well maintained garden you can find a roofed terrace, loungers, parasols, seating garniture and BBQ grill. Private parking place is available in front of the property. Only few kilometers from the apartment there is a small town of St. Lovreč where you can find a pizzeria, restaurant, cafe, shop and a post office.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Apartment Castelli is situated in a small village called Stranici, near the historic town of St. Lovreč. Peace and beautiful nature will fascinate everyone. In only 15-20 minutes by car you come to the beaches, bays, parks and resorts of western coast of Istria (Bale, Rovinj, Lim Fjord, Vrsar, Funtana Porec) but aswell to historic, mysterious small cities of green central Istria (Tinjan Pazin, Kanfanar, Žminj, Dvigrad, Motovun). The area is full of marked bike trails that lead to nearby villages and historic towns (Kanfanar, Dvigrad, Tinjan, Kringa).
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
