There's an exit from the living room to a balcony where you can enjoy in a beautiful view of the sea and the city promenade. The apartment has one air conditioned bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment is located 50 meter from the sea and promenade in Vrsar , in a very quiet zone but still very close to the sea and beaches. Furthermore, in the immediate vicinity of the apartment you can find several restaurants, bars and pizzerias. There are 2 privat parking spaces in front of the property which is included in rental price. A first beach is located 300 meters from the Villa Romana Apartments. Next to the beach there is a grassy area suitable for sunbathing, sandy beach volleyball and other sports and recreation.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The most famous and oldest nudist resorts in Europe is located in Vrsar. It was also named the most prosperous place in the country, justifying the efforts of its inhabitants for the most beautiful and enjoyable stay. Holiday homes with pool are mostly located in the surrounding areas near Vrsar. The surrounding villages such as Gradina, Flengi and Klostar will delight you with their gastronomic offer.

The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
