Newly renovated apartment with a terrace for 5 people in the center of Vodnjan. Apartment Laura is located in the center of Vodnjan, 5 km from the nearest beach in Fažana. It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom, and a terrace with a large dining table. The apartment has a private entrance from the street, as well as a parking space for two cars located in a public area, about 50 meters from the entrance to the apartment. Parking is free and included in the price of accommodation. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two separate beds, and the living room has a sofa bed for the 5th person. Pets are welcome (max. 1) with notice and surcharge on the spot upon arrival. Guests also have free use of a washing machine, Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels. The nearest shop, coffee bar, and restaurant are only 100 meters away.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Vodnjan is located 10 km north of Pula, at an altitude of 135 m. It is located at the intersection of the main road Buje-Pula (M2, E751) and the regional road Vodnjan / Dignano-Fažana. Within the historic core, the city has preserved its characteristic medieval appearance with atrium and narrow streets, irregularly winding houses and stone cobblestone facades, old streets recognizable by the Gothic, Venetian-Renaissance and Baroque styles, and many churches rich in art. The main occupations of the inhabitants include agriculture, viticulture, olive growing, animal husbandry and tourism. The famous Bumblebee Fiesta takes place in Vodnjan (in August) based on the ethnological heritage of the local population - the Bumblebee.
