Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The city of Umag is a well-known attractive tourist and sports destination on the Adriatic coast. The ATP Croatia Open positioned Umag as a sports destination that brings the world's tennis elite to the city every year. Of course, tourism is the most important activity in the city and its surroundings, where you can find numerous private apartments, rooms and villas. Almost all beaches in the city and the surrounding area are proud owners of the blue flag. We definitely recommend the city beach "Laguna Stella Maris", surrounded by a pine forest, which offers a large selection of water sports, bars and restaurants on the beach, as well as the beach "Aurora", where you can enjoy water sports and relax in the shade of old pine trees. Of course, in Umag you can find numerous restaurants offering traditional Istrian cuisine, bars and nightclubs.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
