Newly renovated and modernly furnished apartment David offers you everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the apartment house and spreads on 44 square meters. It can accomodate a maximum of 4 guests and consists of a spacious living area with an fully equipped kitchen, a dinning area, a living area, a sofa bed for two additional guests and is air-conditiond. The bedroom consists of a double bed and a wardrobe, bed linen is included in the price. The toalet is equipped with a shower, a washing machine, hair dryer and towels. The guests have a private terrace with sitting area, sun beds and a hydro massage bath (heated in the period 01.05. - 01.10., up to 27 degrees), which is ideal for relaxing evenings with family or friends. The guests also have a private parking, WiFi and a BBQ on theire disposal. The location of the apartment offers you a vacation away from the city noice but also close to the tourist resorts Kanegra and Savudrija that offer you beautiful beaches, watter sports and Golfing.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Surroundings
The apartment is located in a small vilage called Štrika, offering you a relaxing holiday away from the city noise. The nearest beach Kanegra is only 3 kilometers away from the apartment . Kanegra is known for its beaches, water sports and the nature surrounding the resort. The village is also near Savudrija, a little fisher town known for its lighthouse and the love story behind it, the tourist destination Umag known for many events during the summer time, and Buje a small town on a hill known for its history, beer, and the vineards of Istriens best wine cellars like Kozlovic, Kabola, Prelac and others that surround it. Since the location of the apartment is near the boarder with Slovenia, the tourist destinations Portoroz, Piran and Koper are ideal for a one day trip. If you wish to visit Venice you can make a boat or car trip since it is only a 2:30 hour drive from the apartment.
Unfortunately there is no oven in the apartment, otherwise it would have been perfect! The landlord was great, he reacted immediately when the coffee machine stopped working! We can only recommend the apartment!
