The price of renting the apartment includes the use of air conditioning located in the living room, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and private parking in the yard in front of the building. Spend your well-deserved vacation in a beautiful and quiet location, a few minutes by car to the enchanting town of Rovinj and the beautiful beaches in the area. Pets are not allowed. A supermarket, restaurants, and a café bar are within walking distance.

For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

You can find it here, in the town of Rovinj, which began its romantic life on the island, and its limited area has resulted in crowded houses, narrow streets, and small squares, still untouched by modern urbanism. On the seaside, the town is protected by a high rocky shore and walls of houses built on cliffs, while the land side is protected by solid walls. Beautiful beaches, coves, and untouched nature full of Mediterranean fragrant vegetation will breathe new energy into your life.
We spent 1 week on vacation in Rovinj and spontaneously booked this beautiful apartment.
The apartment is beautifully decorated and is very well maintained. The landlady was very nice and accommodating.
We felt right at home.
In just 15 minutes the beach and the city center could be reached.
