Comfortable Studio Erika is situated in the centre of Rovinj. Restaurants, café bars, shops are just a short walk away. Distance to the sea is 100 m, to the nearest beach is about 200-300 m. The old part of the city has a lot of narrow, cobbled streets and fascinating buildings. It takes you 5 minutes to visit the church of St Euphemia and to enjoy the picturesque view. The studio offers accommodation for up to 3 persons, ideally a couple with a child. It consists of a double bed, a sofa bed, a kitchenette with all necessary cooking facilities and a bathroom with a shower. The studio is equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Parking is on public areas approximately 200 -300 m from the apartment (payment required). At check-in, the owner suggests the best possible location for parking.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The town is dominated by the baroque St. Euphemia’s Church, its 60-meter tower providing a view of grey and red rooftops and chimneys, streets and squares, the port and pier with ships and boats, and the marina harbouring yachts.
Smještaj vrlo dobar,centar grada,ali udaljenoat od plaže 15 min,a postoje samo 2 plaže. Večernji izlasci i noćni život nezadovoljavajući..samo skupi kafići,za mladu osobu od 23 godine,nezainteresiranu za Swinger privaten partyje i slično,prilično dosadno. Ujedno,za razliku od Poreča,ljudi su nesusretljivi i neljubazni. ISTIČEM JEDINO SUSRETLJIVOST,STRPLJIVOST I BESKRAJNU LJUBAZNOST ZAPOSLENIKA EUROTOURSA. (Dubravka)
