Simply decorated apartment Orbanic is located in the southern part of Rovinj, only 750 m away from the sea. It is situated on the second floor of this house, and it can accommodate up to four guests. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a main living area in which you can find a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking appliances and kitchen utensils, a dining area and a living area with a couch and a TV. The couch can be used as an additional double bed for two guests. The main area is air-conditioned. From the apartment you have access to the private balcony where you can find a seating area overlooking the Mediterranean garden around the property and the neighbourhood. Private parking is at your disposal. Pets are allowed for a fee.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
