Nice studio apartment with breakfast near the beach in Rovinj

The nicely furnished studio apartment A6 is ideal for up to 2 persons. It is located on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV, a kitchen with a toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and a dining area for 2 persons. The guests also have a private terrace available with a sitting area overlooking the garden, ideal for breakfast and morning coffee. The apartment is air-conditioned. The guests have a shared garden and private parking on their disposal. The first beach is only 900 m and the city centre 500 m away, offering the guests a relaxing holiday away from the city noise but at the same time close to the beach, the city, the shops, restaurants, coffee shops and the night life of Rovinj. The location also offers you the possibility to make many day trips to the famous tourist destinations Pula, Porec or the popular tourist locations in the central Istrien.

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

This unique old town core, the 67-kilometer shoreline, 2,289 ha of protected green surfaces and improved park forests, 16 islands, islets and reefs, make this town unique. Built upon a rich fishermen’s tradition, it has become distinctive for its unique boat called batana and its songs bitinada. Its beauty was particularly appreciated by artists who have painted the most beautiful motifs here and exhibited them on Grisia, the street of artists.

Great space and wonderful staff! Is definitely more of a hotel room than an apartment. Didn’t use the kitchen while there, but looks like you would have everything you need to cook on a stove top. There is a bike rental on the property which we took to the beach one day, was easy to get to and much faster than walking. The person working at the front desk when we arrived was very helpful, gave great restaurant and view recommendations for photos. I wish I remembered his name. (Airbnb, October 2023.) (B. The friendliness of the owners without ever being intrusive. The rooms are perfectly clean, breakfast is generous and various. The location of the apartments is great, just a few minutes walk from the center of Rovinj. Free car parking just few steps away from the B&B. To be recommended! (Renato from Italy)

This apartment is perfectly located, just a short walk from the Rovinj Old Town.

We loved the apartment. We ate the breakfast provided at extra cost one morning and it was good, but we ate in the apartment the other days. This is almost more like a hotel room with a kitchen. There is no living area with a couch, etc, but there is a nice table on a balcony outside. The place has a nice tropical feel. We also enjoyed renting bicycles from the owners one day.
