Modern apartment with breakfast only a short walk from the centre of Rovinj

The modernly furnished one bedroom apartment A5 is ideal for up to 2 persons. It is located on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and a dining area. The guests also have a private terrace available with seating area overlooking the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned. A spacious garden and private parking in the yard of the house are on the guests' disposal. The first beach is only a 5 minute walk away, and so is the city center. Such location provides a relaxing holiday away from the city noise but at the same time close to the beach and the city center of Rovinj. The location also offers a possibility to make many day trips to famous tourist destinations like Pula, Porec or other popular tourist locations in central Istria.

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Option to get breakfast is super, good and nice location, very helpful owner, who was very kind and checked us in a bit earlier. Room was nice, clean and with all needed equipment. Nice choice for breakfast. (Agnieszka from Poland)

Very modern and clean room. Location is fantastic: away from the busy streets, but still very close to the city centre. Nice parking facility nearby the hotel. Friendly staff. Definitely a recommended hotel if you want to spend a few days in Rovinj, which we liked more than Pula or Porec. (Tom from Belgium)
