Simply furnished apartment Pavlovic is located in a peaceful district of Rovinj called Borik. It is situated on the ground floor of this house and it can accomodate two persons. The nearest beach is only 400 m away and the town center is 3km away.
This apartment consists of a main living area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. In the main area you can find a well equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking appliances, kitchen utensils, a dining area and a couch. In the bedroom you can find two single beds which are connected, a TV and an air-conditioning. Baby cot is available on request. Outside in the garden, you have a terrace with a seating area under a roof and an outdoor dining area. BBQ grill can be found within the garden. Private parking is at your disposal. Pets are welcomed for a fee.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

You will notice a great Venetian influence on architecture, which is characteristic of the whole Istria. The picturesque old town of Rovinj is an ideal starting point for exploring the city. Situated on a small peninsula, it is ruled by stone streets and colorful buildings. In the center of the peninsula rises the distinctive bell tower of the church of St. Euphemia. Rovinj and its surroundings offer some of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia. Generally, the clear sea and the beautiful Istrian Riviera will not leave anyone disappointed and anyone can here find their paradise by the sea.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
