The apartment can accommodate 4 people and consists of three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a comfortable living room with access to the terrace, a bathroom with a shower and towels, and a terrace with garden furniture that is ideal for pleasant evenings with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator and coffee machine. Bed linen, towels, satellite TV, air conditioning and a washing machine are available to guests. The house has a large yard with parking space for 1 car only, and a gas grill (guests use and manage it at their own risk). The town of Cancini is very quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, ideal for families planning a relaxing vacation.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
