The nicely furnished apartment Sunrise in Tar - ideal for a couple seeking a peaceful and comfortable vacation. Apartmen Sunrise is located 10 km from Porec and 3,5 km away from the beach and tourist resort Lanterna. It is located on the first floor of a family house in the center of Tar. The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, living room with dining area , fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The living room has access to a covered balcony with table, chairs and garden view. The apartment is comfortable and modernly furnished. The rental price includes the use of air conditioning, W-LAN, bed linen and towel, as well as a private parking in front of the house. During the season, a small tourist train runs from Tar to Lanterna to the beaches, which is free for our guests. The guests have access to the tourist resort Lanterna included in the price.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Town Tar-Torre is settled next to the main road connecting Poreč and Novigrad. This is a fertile plateau, which on one side slopes towards the sea and on the other towards the mouth of the Mirna River. This location offers a spectacular view towards Novigrad in the north and Poreč in the south. On a lear, sunny day you can see the Alps and from the top of Tar bell tower even Venice. This region is famed for its exceptional olive oil. Experts have declared that the finest olive oil in Europe comes from these very parts, from Larun olive groves below Tar-Torre. In the summer months the place is filled with tourists all attracted by untouched nature and clear sea on the peninsula Lanterna, the famous tourist center with a lot of entertainment for visitors.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY / STRICT). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
