Casa Jelena is located in the village of Kaštelir, on the property of the Jukić family. It is a separate unit located next to the main building where there are additional apartments. Guests have at their disposal the entire house, 54 m2, bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom and private terrace.
Guests also have at their disposal a shared swimming pool, which is located directly in front of the apartment. The rental price includes bed linen, towels, internet, air conditioning and parking. Dogs are allowed (max 1) for an additional fee. In the immediate vicinity there is a shop and restaurants with a rich offer of local specialties. The nearest beach is located in the village of Lanterna, 7 km from Kaštelir.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The accommodation is really excellent, and the landlords are very friendly and unobtrusive. The pool is very clean, deckchairs and umbrellas available, a beautifully landscaped yard, and the apartment is extremely tidy with all the necessary amenities. (august 2023) (Danijela )
