It's located on the ground floor of the house and it consists of a living area with with one double bed, a kitchen equipped with a stove/oven, a filter coffee machine, refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, kitchen utensils and a dining area for 2 persons. The guests also have a terrace with a seating area overlooking the garden - an ideal spot for having breakfast. The apartment is air-conditioned. There's a private parking in front of the house and a BBQ grill in the yard which is on the guests' disposal. The first beach is located in a touristic resort Lanterna (free pass is guaranteed for the guests) that is 2,5 km far from the apartment. The town center is only 300 m away from the apartment offering to the guests a relaxing holiday in a quiet area but at the same time close to the beach and the town center. The location also offers you the possibility to make many trips to famous tourist destinations Rovinj, Porec, Umag or other popular locations in the central Istria.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Town Tar-Torre is settled next to the main road connecting Poreč and Novigrad. This is a fertile plateau, which on one side slopes towards the sea and on the other towards the mouth of the Mirna River. This location offers a spectacular view towards Novigrad in the north and Poreč in the south. On a lear, sunny day you can see the Alps and from the top of Tar bell tower even Venice. This region is famed for its exceptional olive oil. Experts have declared that the finest olive oil in Europe comes from these very parts, from Larun olive groves below Tar-Torre. In the summer months the place is filled with tourists all attracted by untouched nature and clear sea on the peninsula Lanterna, the famous tourist center with a lot of entertainment for visitors.

The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
