Apartment with private garden in Porec near the beach

Studio Apartment Parenzana is a small, nicely furnished apartment for up to 3 people situated in Porec, just 50 meters from the beach Pical. It has a private parking and garden, and it only takes 10 walking minutes to reach the city center. From the nicely decorated garden with covered seating area, there is an entrance to the apartment. The living room and the kitchen are in the same room. The Kitchen is well-equipped. In the living room is one sofa bed for 2 persons. The bedroom has one bunk bed. There is a bathroom with a shower. Towels are provided. Guests have free Wi-Fi and parking place in front of the garden. Pets are welcome, but only 1 pet is allowed. The key needs to be picked up in the local agency.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Apartment Parenzano is situated in the city of Porec just 50 meters to the beach Pical. The city center is just 10 minutes away. Porec is a famous tourist destination and has a lot to offer. Some city beaches are just few walking minutes away. There are few good restaurants and beach bars just 200 m from the apartment Parenzana. The city offers relaxation on beautiful beaches, but also entertainment and party life in local disco clubs. It was built by the Romans back in the 2nd century. Parenzana is the name of a 100 km long bike route, which begins here in Porec near the apartment and ends in Koper in Slovenia.

Beautiful location and authentic space

The location is really great, the beach is right across the street from the house, the promenade is a minute's walk to the right, and the town is a minute's walk to the left. You don't have to go anywhere by car. The house itself is nicely decorated. It has a wonderful front yard surrounded by a hedge. The disadvantages are the lack of programs, i.e. only YT, Netflix... L.S. 07/2024 (L)
