When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

It is located south of the city center, and it's characterized by a number of private houses and pine trees, which in the summer months protect against extreme heat. The area is suitable for families who want a peaceful holiday, away from the city crowd, but still close to the city center and the beaches. There are a few bars and good restaurants in this area.
