Modern apartment with a balcony and sea view for 4 persons in a quiet location

Apartment Mirjana V for 4 people with a sea view is a very nice and modern apartment with a balcony. It is located in a private house on the 2nd floor in a quiet location near Materada Beach. It has two bedrooms with double bed, kitchen with dining area, living room, bathroom with shower and balcony with garden furniture. The kitchen has a stove, an oven and a fridge. The price includes linen, towels, TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The house has a large yard with parking space. The beach is only 800 meters away, as well as a beautiful promenade that can be reached either by foot or by train on the coast. Along the seafront promenade, there are numerous refreshment points and a large variety of sports and recreational facilities. The young group is not allowed.

Das Apartment hat uns gut gefallen, vor allem der Balkon mit Meerblick - die Sonnenuntergänge waren traumhaft. Der Vermieter wohnt im Haus, er ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zugewandt und spricht sehr gut deutsch. Parkplätze gibt es auch direkt am Haus und für die Fahrräder fand sich auch eine gute Unterstellmöglichkeit. Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. (Joachim)
