The apartment is only 1.8 km away from the beach as well as a beautiful promenade that can be reached either by foot or by little train by the coast. Along the seafront promenade, there are numerous refreshment points and a large variety of sports and recreational facilities. In this ideal holiday destination, you can enjoy many activities or just simply unwind from your daily routine. The young group is not allowed.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

It is located in the northeast, and it's marked by a series of private houses. The area is ideal for families who want a quiet holiday away from the city crowd. The area of Gornji Špadići is connected with other two areas- Donji Špadici and Vranići- where you can find the closest bakery, several restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, shops, and a laundry service. Poreč is a tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content, and beautiful beaches.
The apartment is located in a residential area (but not close to the sea). It has a nice terrace. There is sufficient parking space. It was clean. The bed is OK. August 2019 ( Robertus, NL)
