When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Madonna del Monte is part of the city of Poreč, 600 m away from the city center. It is located to the east of the city center, and is characterized by a number of private houses and a pine forest that protects from the high heat in the summer months. You can easily reach the first beaches in just 10-15 minutes. There are large supermarkets and a shopping center near the zone. The zone is suitable for families who want a quiet vacation, outside the city crowd, but still close to the city center. The area has several parks for children, a laundry, a car wash, a church, cafes and several restaurants.
We can only recommend this apartment, everything was super clean, we were warmly welcomed and a bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge. the car could find wonderful shade under kiwi bushes and sometimes stopped,
It was a few minutes walk to the beach and town
