Novo Naselje is part of the town of Poreč, 150 m from the city center and only about 100 m from the Adriatic Sea and beautiful newly decorated beaches. Good location for a stay in Porec in an ideal location 3 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the old town, nice apartment, is well-equipped, very well maintained. We had the back of the two apartments with a small courtyard, which is certainly more recommended than the front, which is housed in a former business premises. The owner is very nice and helpful!
