When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The location is close to the bus stop and right in the city center. Despite the loud noise outside, not a word outside could be heard in the room. An excellent cleaning lady always with a good mood and a smile, she always asks if we needed something or if we were missing something, just great. Despite the absence of a kitchen, the room was equipped with a refrigerator. Absolutely great vacation for the money and thank you for it (zeed66, at)
