Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The nearest beaches of Luna and Materada are just a few steps away. The area is ideal for families who want a quiet holiday away from the city crowds but very close to the sea. There are several hotels, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, shops and sports facilities in the Špadići area. The area is connected to the city center with a tourist train that drives across the famous Pical City Walk. Poreč is a tourist destination known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants and beautiful beaches.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
