Ines i Hans is a family house that offers two rooms and two apartments. Apartments and Rooms are located on the 1st floor of a family house and have private bathrooms and balconies. Parking is in front of the house and is free of charge. The center of Tar, where you can find a large number of restaurants and coffee bars, is located in the immediate vicinity. The nearest beach in the tourist resort Lanterna is 3 km away. Triple room (double bed + bed for extra person) with private bathroom. The room does not have a direct exit to the balcony, but it has a private balcony/terrace with a seating area within the premises. Guests have at their disposal: air conditioning, bed linen, towels and a parking space for a car. On the ground floor of the house there is a beer garden "Biergarten Ines and Hans" with an offer of local grilled specialties and local beer.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The town of Tar-Torre is located along the main road that connects Poreč and Novigrad. It is a fertile plateau that slopes down to the sea on one side, and to the mouth of the Mirna River on the other. From this place there is a spectacular view of Novigrad to the north and Poreč to the south. On a beautiful, sunny day, you can see the Alps and Venice from the top of the bell tower. This region is known for its exceptional olive oil. Experts have declared that the most beautiful olive oil in Europe comes from those parts, from the Larun olive grove below Tar-Torre. In the summer months, the place is filled with tourists who are attracted by the pristine nature and clear sea on the Lanterna peninsula, a famous tourist center with lots of entertainment for visitors. The owners of Villa Valtrazza have a long tradition in tourism, agriculture, fishing and olive oil production.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
