When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Varvari is a suburb of the town of Poreč, located just 2 km away from the city center and 3 km from first beaches. It is located on the old road connecting Poreč-Pula, and consists of a bakery, a cafe, a children's playground and a number of private houses. The place is very quiet, ideal for families and all of those who want a peaceful vacation. There is a bicycle path passing through Varvari and connecting Poreč with Žbandaj. The city of Poreč can be reached by car in just 5 minutes. Varvari are also very close to the area where you can find many supermarkets. Poreč is a tourist destination known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches.
For silence and tranquility excellent choice. For those who use the bicycle it is a good starting point both for the sea and for excursions to nearby towns. External photo to be updated.
