GeNoa Rooms are modernly furnished rooms near the center of Porec, and near the beach. The complex consists of 8 beautifully decorated rooms and one studio apartment with its own balcony. Each of the rooms has its own private bathroom equipped with a shower. Rooms are air conditioned, there is free wi-fi, satellite TV, bed linen and towels, and free parking only for motorcycles and bicycles. Pets are not allowed.
Two rooms have a private balcony, while the other rooms can use a shared terrace where there are two sets of garden furniture. The children are welcome. Two rooms have two extra beds (family room) ideal for a stay with children. Distance to the beach - 300 meters, distance to the city center 400 meters. GeNoa Rooms is an ideal accommodation if you are staying in Porec for a short period or need a room for one night.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Apart from the tourist and cultural part, Poreč has its own sports and entertainment side. The summer terrace of every hotel, restaurant, night club, disco, bars and casino enriches the hot summer evenings of Poreč. Poreč offers a diverse offer of sports; from tennis, beach volleyball, football, horseback riding, cycling, hiking and other water sports, which will enrich each of your vacations. Poreč is also an advantage of world athletes and recreational athletes as a place for preparation and training.
Sve je bilo čisto i uredno. Lokacija i cijena za vrhunac sezone odlična. Sobe su jako male i pogodne samo za spavanje, dakle nisu baš za ljude koji žele dosta boraviti u apartmanu. Terasa je generalno prostrana ali se dijeli sa svim sustanarima zbog čega je falilo prostora i stolova/stolica. Isto tako, terasa je na cesti što odmaže privatnosti- s druge strane apartmana nije bilo moguće boraviti jer su tamo vlasnici u kamp kućici. Gornji balkon na slikama izgleda prostran ali je isto tako nemoguće boraviti jer je premali i blokira ulaz svima koji su gore. Domaćica Ajka je bila jako uslužna i pristupačna, sve pohvale. Iako smo dosta boravili na terasi, puštali glazbu i pričali do navečer nije se nitko žalio što je bilo super. (Lucija)
