When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The first beaches Luna and Materada are a few steps away. The area is ideal for families who want a quiet holiday, away from the city crowd but very close to the sea. The area of Špadići can be considered a small town because it consists of a bakery and several hotels, restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, shops and sports facilities. The area is connected to the city center with a tourist train that runs the famous town's promenade called Pical. Poreč is a famous tourist destination, known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches.
