The apartment house Čović is a private house with four separate, modernly furnished apartments near the tourist town of Poreč. Each apartment has a balcony with a barbecue and garden furniture. Covered parking is available in the yard, as well as a charging station for electric cars with an additional charge of €20 per charge. The comfortable apartment Black is suitable for a maximum of 6 people and consists of two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a modern kitchen, a living room and two bathrooms with a shower/bathtub and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped (electric stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher). Bed linen, towels, SAT TV, DVD and air conditioning are included in the rental price.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Antonci, little village just some 3 km from the centre of Porec. If you are searching for a very nice and quiet vacation, this is the right solution for you. The houses are surrounded by the woods, there are nice gardens in almost every house, there are lots of walking and bike routes around the village. Shops and restaurants are situated at 3 km from Antonci. There are many beautifull and interesting bike routes that lead to the centre of Porec and the villages around. The place is perfect to enjoy in peaceful and gorgeous atmosphere of istrian peninsula.
The apartment was spotless and with all the facilities. Super modern kitchen and spacious living room. Staff is very friendly, we really recommend the place for everyone.

It was a very nice vacation. The house is super and tastefully decorated and everything is very clean. We felt very comfortable and the very nice landlady was always there to help with words and deeds. We will be back definitely. (Cindy )
