The apartment has satellite TV, bed linen and towels. There is also a balcony with seating furniture, air-conditioning and private parking in front of the apartment building. In front of the building, there is a swimming pool with sun beds, shower and a barbecue. The pool is shared with all the apartments in the building. Pets are not allowed. Smoking isn't allowed.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The village Kufci is located only 5 km from the downtown of Porec, 10 km from the beach Lanterna in Tar and 3 km from the beach Materada in Poreč. The place is very quiet, with lots of greenery, ideal for families and all of those who want a peaceful vacation. In Kufci there is a mini market, a cafe and a restaurant. Just 2 minutes away there is a suburb of Poreč named Vranići where you can find a bakery, a laundry service and several restaurants. Kufci is only 5 minutes by car from the nearest supermarket Kaufland and the nearest gas station. Poreč is a famous tourist destination known for its many cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports activities and beautiful beaches.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
