Apartment Barbara is a new apartment in a newly built building in the city center. This 72sqm apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with air conditioning and underfloor heating. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds, satellite TV and access to the terrace with seating area. The living room and kitchen with dining area are in one room, which also has access to another terrace. The room is air-conditioned and has SAT TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, stove, oven and coffee maker. The apartment has an additional toilet with washing machine. Private parking is in the garage while the elevator takes you to the first floor apartment. On the other side of the building are the city market, bakery, butcher, market, everything is within reach. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Porec is also ideal for those who want to have an active vacation as it offers many sporting activities.
Poreč is a town in the western part of Istria, which is an attractive tourist destination. Today it is known for its large selection of accommodation, first-class events and activities, which can be enjoyed by a guest. It is a place with a long and turbulent history. In the vicinity of Porec there are many interesting attractions: the Brijuni National Park, the Baredine pit, the Pazin cave, the Lim Bay and a beautiful town of Welt - Venice. Poreč offers a large number of sports and entertainment.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
