When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Madonna del Monte is part of the town of Poreč, 600 meters from the center of the town and the sea. Located on the eastern side of the city, it is characterized by a series of private and modern houses with beautifully landscaped gardens and pine forests. A leisurely stroll will take you to the beach for only 10–15 minutes. The area is perfect for families who want a quiet holiday away from the city crowds, but are still close to the city center and the beach. The area has several smaller parks for children, a laundry room, several bars, a supermarket, and a restaurant.
