Apartment house near the auto camp Ulika in Porec. Apartments Ulika are located just before the entrance to the nudist camp Ulika. It consists of three apartments and are located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the house. The nearest beach is at a distance of 200 meters. The town of Poreč is 3 km away from the apartments. All apartments have a balcony overlooking the sea.
Apartment A1 is located on the 1st floor. It consists of an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a living room with an additional sofa bed for 2 extra people. The living room has access to a balcony with beautiful sea views. Air conditioning is located in the living room.
The rental price includes bed linen, towels, use of air conditioning and parking in front of the house. Pets are welcome, with a surcharge on arrival. In the large shared garden in front of the house, guests also have a barbecue. A grocery store and a restaurant are located nearby.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
