Lovely modern apartment Stanko is just 5 minutes car drive away from the Porec. The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house and it is an ideal accommodation for up to four persons. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with contemporary cooking appliances, a dining area, a comfortable living room with a sofa and a flat screen TV, a bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed. The sofa in the living room can be used as additional double bed for two guests.The living room has an entrance to a large covered terrace with a seating garniture overlooking the surroundings. When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Stancija Diklic is a suburb of the town of Poreč, located just 3 km away from the city center and 4 km from first beaches. It is located on the old road connecting Poreč-Pula, and consists of a bakery, a cafe, a children's playground and a number of private houses. The place is very quiet, ideal for families and all of those who want a peaceful vacation. There is a bicycle path passing through Varvari and connecting Poreč with Žbandaj. The city of Poreč can be reached by car or by bus in just 5 minutes. Stancija Diklic are also very close to the area where you can find many supermarkets. Poreč is a tourist destination known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches.

Great apartment with great facilities

Everything you need to have a pleasant stay is there. There is just not much within walking distance for small children. A small "playground" would have been desirable for us and our children. Aljoscha 08/2024 (Aljoscha )

The apartment has 2 toilets, a washing machine, microwave, contact grill, coffee maker, etc. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Air conditioning worked very well. We can definitely recommend the apartment. Aug 2019 (Manuel aus DEU)
