The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house and it is an ideal accommodation for up to six people. The sofa in the living room can be used as additional double bed for two guests.The living room has an entrance to a large covered terrace with a seating garniture overlooking the surroundings. When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Stancija Diklic is a suburb of the town of Poreč, located just 3 km away from the city center and 4 km from first beaches. It is located on the old road connecting Poreč-Pula, and consists of a bakery, a cafe, a children's playground and a number of private houses. The place is very quiet, ideal for families and all of those who want a peaceful vacation. There is a bicycle path passing through Varvari and connecting Poreč with Žbandaj. The city of Poreč can be reached by car or by bus in just 5 minutes. Stancija Diklic are also very close to the area where you can find many supermarkets. Poreč is a tourist destination known for its cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports content and beautiful beaches.

Highly recommended! Very clean, updated furnishings and amenities. Excellent and prompt service from EuroTours and the apartment owners. Close to everything! Perfect location with quick and easy access to the town of Porec, beaches, stores, restaurants, and travel to other areas of Istra (Rovinj, etc.). Nice upstairs balcony and views. Beautiful and absolutely clean apartment. The pictures correspond to what we found before. Nothing was missing. Windows can be completely darkened with the shutters, so that it is nice and dark when sleeping. There is even a guest toilet. Everything very high quality and beautiful.
