Nice furnished apartment Saldanika IV is situated on the first floor af a family hous and it has 85mq. The house is located in a top position near the beach. Guests have direct access from the garden on a pebble beach. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen with dining room, a bathroom with bathtub and a terrace with sea view. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, refrigerator and coffee machine. Apartment has satellite television, wi-fi, bed linen and towels. The apartment has a nice terrace, garden furniture and small park in front of the house for children in the garden. There is also private parking place in front of the house. Saladinka the small village, which is located only 4 km from the center of Porec. It is situated in a quiet location, surrounded by trees and meadows, and only 100 m from beach and sea. An ideal place for a relaxing vacation.

Beautiful equipped family apartment that we used as a couple. Everything was there and more than that, even little things that are not to be expected for an Airbnb apartment - e.g. borrowing a grill if necessary. The location is a dream with a view of the small bay just 100m from the house. The beach can be reached on foot through your own garden. Rosana and her husband are courteous and always available. The Saladinka IV apartment was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 children). We had plenty of space, it was spotlessly clean, and the balcony offered a beautiful view of the bay. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need, and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. Upon arrival, we were greeted with water and a bottle of wine in the fridge, as well as a bowl of coffee sticks, teas, and snacks on the table. The landlords are very warm and always helpful!
