Charming apartment Noemi is located just 1,5 km from the center of Poreč and 800m from the nearest beach. It can accommodate two persons and it is situated on the second floor of a residental building.
This apartment consists of a lovely main living area, a double bed bedroom with its own exit to the balcony and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. In the cosy living room you can find a TV, a modern dining area and a well enquiped kitchen with kitchen utensils and all the necessary modern cooking appliances. The main area is air-conditioned and has an entrance to the balcony. Outside on the balcony, you can find a small seating area with a sea view - perfect for enjoying in a breakfast or a warm summer evening with your family and friends.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Surroundings

The area Cimizin is situated close to the storical centre and the beaches of Porec. During the hot summer days this area is ideal for family vacations but also for young persons and in spring and autumn it can be the perfect place for relaxing vacations for elderly generations. People can enjoy bike rides, nice walks, peacefull evenings and pleasant days. Family houses, nice buildings and houses on one level are mostly made with gardens and are about 500m distance from the old town. The accomodation here is made compact and comfortable, with nice teracces and balconys and private parkings. The area is perfect for those who want to enjoy hot summer, beautifull beaches and storical streets and in the same time have it`s own privacy and peace. All the summer activities and the old town are ten minutes by foot from here.

The apartment is very nicely furnished and has everything you need for daily life (even an iron and ironing board). It was very clean and we were warmly greeted and shown the way by a neighbour. There was a welcome drink on the table. We were thrilled. We would book this apartment again and again. (Angelika und Lothar)

sehr süße, saubere Wohnung. Sind herzlich empfangen worden und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung hat 2 Balkone und was super war, wegen dem Salzwasser: eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist ebenfalls top ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Aussicht ist auch super, man sieht vom Balkon aus das Meer und auch auf die Altstadt von Porec. Konnten auch einmal ein Feuerwerk vom Balkon aus sehen sowie den Sonnenuntergang. Absolut empfehlenswert und gerne wieder, wenn wir in Kroatien sind. August 2019. Source AirBnB (Sandra)
