Apartment Nini is a 70 sqm rustic apartment spread over two floors and located in a renovated Istrian stone terraced house in the village of Dračevac, 9 km from Poreč and the nearest beaches. The house was originally built in 1961 and the apartment was completely renovated and furnished with quality rustic furniture in 2013.
On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, a living room with satellite TV, and a separate WC. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. One of the bedrooms has an exit to a furnished balcony overlooking the beautiful Istrian countryside. Towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air-conditioning, and a parking spot at the property are included in the price.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
