Apartment is situated on the groundfloor of the house,and it`s surface is about 37 mq. The apartment consists of sleeping room with the double bed, kitchen with the dinning room, bathroom with the shower. In the kitchen there is the stove,the refridgerator,microwave and coffee maschine. Apartment has the sattelite television, sheets and towels, a nice teracce and the private parking place in front of the house. Pets are allowed.

Madonna del Monte is a part of the town of Porec, 600 away from the city center and the crowd. It is located east of the city center, and it's characterized by a number of private houses and pine trees, which in the summer months protects against extreme heat. A leisurely stroll will take you to the beaches in just 10-15 minutes. There are large supermarkets. The area is suitable for families who want a peaceful holiday, away from the city crowd, but still close to the city center and the beaches. The area has a few small parks for children, a laundry service, car wash, a church, several bars and restaurants.

Die beste, gastfreundlichste und sehr liebevolle Gastgeberin! Ruhige Lage, trotzdem schnell im Zentrum, toller kleiner Garten mit Terrasse und Hollywoodschaukel; haben sogar nach 3 Tagen komplett frische Handtücher bekommen. Nice and cozy apartment

We had a wonderful time in this nice and cozy apartment. We especially loved the patio with the beautiful garden.. it’s the perfect spot to start the day with a late breakfast. The location was also good and you can reach a beach in 10 minutes, same for the city. We travelled by bus and train to Porec, which also worked fine. You don’t necessarily need a car, everything is reachable by foot or bicycle (and you can rent bicycles just a few minutes away from the apartment, highly recommended for a bike ride by the ocean and to reach wonderful lagunas and swimming spots).
