When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Stranići is a small town only 5 km from Poreč and about 5 minutes from the beautiful beach of Materada. The place is very small, quiet, green and perfect for a peaceful vacation. Shops, restaurants, churches, bakeries and bars can be reached in just a few minutes by car. In the vicinity of Nova Vasa, there is also the famous Baredine cave, which is a popular picnic spot.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
