One bedroom has a double bed while the other bedroom has two seperated beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has kitchen utensils and all the necessary cooking appliances. Next to the kitchen, there's a dining area. In the pleasant living area you can find a TV, couches and an air-conditioning. From the apartment you can enter your private balcony with a seating area under a shade, overlooking the neighbourhood and the garden around the property. Private parking is at your disposal.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Vranići is a suburb of the town of Poreč located just 3 km from the city center and 2 km from the beaches of Materada and Luna. The place is very quiet, with lots of greenery, ideal for families and all of those wanting a quiet holiday. There is also a grocery store, a bakery, a fruit and vegetable mini store and a few local restaurants. Not far from Gulići there is a place called Nova Vas where is situated a famous Baredine cave. The town's center of Porec can be reached by car in just 5 minutes or by a public bus. Poreč is a famous tourist destination known for its many cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports activities and beautiful beaches.
Bei der Ankunft hatten wir eine schöne Flasche Wein, die Wohnung war ordentlich sauber und gut eingerichtet, die Gegend war ruhig, Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar, so dass man morgens leckeres frisches Brot kaufen konnte.
