Newly decorated and comfortable apartment in Cervar, near Porec. The apartment is located on the first floor, 200 meters from the beach and the center. Apartment Kairos consists of a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
The living room has access to a small balcony overlooking the park. The apartment is air conditioned and fully equipped. The rental price includes: car parking, air conditioning, wi-fi, bed linen and towels.
We recommend renting for couples or families with small children. Pets are not allowed. We recommend Červar-Porat as a summer resort to everyone - families, young people and recreationists, who want to have a variety of city facilities on vacation. When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Cervar-Porat is a tourist resort with a marina and 3 km away from the large center of Istria, the town of Porec. It was planned to be built in the indented bay of Sv. Marina, surrounded by olive groves and coniferous forests. The beach in Cervar-Porat is 1.5 km long and 500 meters away from the center of the tourist resort. Along the sea there are bike paths that lead to Porec and in the village there are several tennis courts. The marina in the neighboring bay Lunga has a capacity of 450 berths. The inhabitants of Červar-Porat are completely turned to tourism, so you can choose from a number of restaurants, taverns and places to go out. Enjoy the gastronomic offer of this region such as: Istrian prosciutto, ombolo and sausages, maneštra, olives, wild asparagus, pasta or pasta in various ways, fritters and crostuli and enjoy the many Istrian wines of the highest quality.
